Share feedback about your experience

Find the Douglas feedback page and guidance on sharing a factual service experience without exposing personal project information. Contact us for help.

A public review link is coming soon. If you need help with an estimate or a service matter, use the contact page rather than leaving personal project details on an unrelated platform. Douglas Sewer Line Repair Seattle offers private sewer services with work fulfilled by fully licensed and insured contractors.

Feedback should describe an experience you actually had

A useful review explains the service involved, whether the work scope was clear and what communication helped or hindered the process. It does not need to include a property address, a neighbor’s name, account details or inspection material identifying another household. Share only information you are comfortable making public.

Do not describe a hypothetical repair as a completed job or repeat someone else’s experience as your own. A positive or negative opinion can be expressed in ordinary language without inventing credentials, completion details or promises. If the matter involves an unresolved question about the scope, keep the proposal and relevant records available for a direct conversation.

Public feedback and service requests serve different purposes

A review is not an estimate request, a notice that an underground condition has changed or a way to authorize work. For those matters, contact the business through its published service channels. If a backup is active, reduce use, keep people away from wastewater and arrange qualified help; do not rely on a future public review being read in time to manage the situation.

Sending private feedback also does not give blanket permission to publish your name, photographs or message as a testimonial. Any request to use customer material publicly should be handled separately. This page does not display star totals, example testimonials or a claim about reviews that have not been received.

Keep a factual project record

A written scope, agreed changes, inspection material and completion records can clarify what was included and what remained outside the work. If you are explaining a concern, identify the specific document or event rather than assuming a short service name establishes the entire agreement. A lateral replacement and retained interior piping can have different boundaries.

For information about how inquiry data is used, read the privacy notice. To organize a future project, the quote-comparison guide explains the details that help make an estimate understandable. The review destination will be linked here when one is available.

There is no requirement to leave public feedback to ask a service question. Choose the communication channel that fits the task, and keep personal project details out of a public post when they are unnecessary.
